Returns: Any item in new, unused condition may be returned within 30 days of purchase. A return authorization (RMA) number must be first obtained by calling AWE Tuning at 888.565.2257 or 215.658.1670. A 20% handling and restocking fee will be assessed for each item returned to AWE Tuning. All returned items must be in as-new, resalable condition. Any item that has been installed on a vehicle will not be accepted for return under any condition. All return shipments must be prepaid and there are no refunds on shipping charges. Shipping insurance on returned items is recommended, as refunds can only be made on as-new, resalable condition items. Please note that certain items such as turbo kits, complete chipped DME/ECU Control Modules, exhaust systems, or special order items are non-returnable or refundable. Deposits for special order items are not refundable.
Complete chipped DME/ECU Control Modules: For chipped DME/ECU orders, the DME/ECU Control Modules must be paid for in full, at the time of order. There are no refunds or cancellations on DME/ECU Control Modules.
Damaged in Transit: All merchandise is in good condition when it leaves our shipping department. In the case of damage or loss, immediately notify the package carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.) Once the package has left our facility, all responsibility for proper delivery is upon the carrier. Do not return any items to AWE Tuning without prior notification.
Legality: Some products are not sold for street use in any locality where regulations prohibit use. AWE Tuning does not make any claims for street legal use of these products.
Warranty: All of our products are backed by manufacturer warranties to original purchaser, which vary depending on product. Each product will come with a warranty sheet detailing AWE Tuning's General Warranty and a warranty policy for that specific product. If there is no warranty included for a specific product, AWE Tuning's General Warranty covers the product to the original purchaser with a 60 day term limit. To verify a product's warranty before purchase, please contact us.
Payment Terms: Acceptable payment methods for domestic orders include and are limited to Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept payment methods by Certified Cashiers Check or Money Order in US dollars only. Please contact us at 888.565.2257 or 215.658.1670 to determine the total amount. International customers are encouraged to use your local AWE Tuning dealer. International orders placed directly with AWE Tuning must be paid in full via bank transfer before shipment of product.
